Allison joined the ALC development team in 2017 as the Director of College Relations and was recently promoted to Director of Development. She is a 2015 graduate of Alice Lloyd College, has an MBA from University of the Cumberlands, and is currently working on her doctorate in leadership.

Margo Sparkman, MBA
Development Specialist

Margo has been employed at Alice Lloyd College since 1977, and specifically in the Development Office since 1983. Recently, she has focused on planned giving and donor acquisition. Margo earned her AA from Alice Lloyd College prior to its transition to a four-year institution. She eventually graduated from ALC with a BA and later earned an MBA from University of the Cumberlands.
