A charitable gift annuity is a great way you can make a gift to Alice Lloyd College and benefit our students while retaining income for yourself. You transfer your cash or property to ALC and we promise to make fixed payments to you for life at a rate based on your age.
MoreCharitable Remainder Unitrust
You transfer your cash or appreciated property to fund a charitable remainder unitrust. The trust provides you with income for life or a term of years, and a charitable organization like ALC is named as the beneficiary of the remaining funds.
MoreIRA Charitable Rollover
If you own an IRA and are age 70½ or older you can reduce your taxable income by making a gift directly from your IRA to Alice Lloyd College.
